Pairing the daemon
Connect a local daemon to your signed-in dashboard account.
What pairing does
Pairing links the daemon to your account. Once paired, the dashboard can find it, show its status, and send actions to the right machine.
Pairing flow
Pairing is driven from the dashboard. It generates a short-lived pair code and a one-shot docker run command that bakes that code in.
- Copy the command from the dashboard.
- Run it on the machine that will host the daemon.
- Watch the daemon picker — it goes online once the container pairs.
Private details
Pair codes, daemon IDs, and live connection state are account-specific and only appear in the signed-in dashboard.
